As designated vehicles arrive, they are directed to self-park in all available space. Once filled to capacity, vehicles are guided to tandem park and are politely greeted. Traffic flow is divided based on volume and vehicles are parked in a fashion maximizing all available space. Vehicles designated “handicapped” will be directed to front specially marked spaces. The parking experience can be customized to use contactless & ticketless solutions to vehicle retrieval.
The parking system remains flexible to allow for modifications and improvements when deemed necessary. System adaptability is essential as it provides for optimum efficiency while keeping parking service costs to a minimum.
Ambassador personnel screens all students, guests, contractors and vendors. Technology is utilized to assist on check in procedures and safety protocol, additionally guiding patrons to the proper department. Shuttle Service, as necessary, provides seamless transportation to and from designated areas. All staff present as University or College emissaries, properly greeting all and carry out well defined job duties.
At all times, our staff will be sensitive to the individual concerns of each patron. It will be their expressed mission to “go the extra mile” and avail themselves to the sensitivity of the situation.
Our Human Resource Department search for passionate hospitality-oriented personnel. Applicants must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Screening and interviews are customized to client specific needs. Reference checks are standard procedure. Background checks are client driven and can be obtained upon request.
All employees are trained through APC’s award-winning Certification Program. Employees receive a minimum of 4 hours classroom training which covers introductions/overview, all APC policies and practices as well as position specific training. Hospitality Performance is a classroom topic for all personnel. Dependent upon the position outline, there is 8-16 hours of on-site training. Time is spent on customized defining goals, objectives and position specifics.
APC provides high quality administrative support. Our office is open 6am-7pm, seven days a week including holidays. Management services are available 24 hours a day.
Command Center Operation
Dispatchers confirm attendance/arrival time for all personnel. On site camera feed is monitored. Real time information is shared with Location Managers, Operations and Human Resource Personnel as needed.
