Valet Parking System & Shuttle Systems
The parking system and shuttle systems are is the first glimpse of any facility. The quality of these systems can often affect the image of the establishment. We realize that APC personnel are responsible for "creating the perfect first & last impression". The valet parking and/or shuttle operations must always run smoothly and efficiently. Daily involvement of APC's staff of highly qualified field and internal management ensures that the caliber of the valet parking and shuttle systems remain consistently high.
VALET PARKING &
SHUTTLE SERVICES
APC's concept of valet parking and shuttle services consists of staffing with professional impeccably groomed, and neatly attired valet attendants and shuttle service drivers. To facilitate employee identification and recognition, uniforms include a name tag.
Our well trained valet attendants help maximize parking capacity, efficiently direct traffic flow and professionally valet vehicles in an assigned area. As standard procedure Valet Attendants will open all vehicle doors with a smile and a warm greeting. If raining, we will walk your guests to the door under large APC golf umbrellas.
Similarly, our well trained shuttle drivers efficiently, and professionally shuttle their passengers. The driver further assists in the opening and closing vehicle doors and helps with packages when appropriate.
The helpful, knowledgeable attitude of our staff directly relates to the efficiency of the systems.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
All employees participate in training sessions. At this session, company philosophies, goals and objectives are defined. Further training includes instruction on driving methods and mechanical details of vehicles. (Methods of greeting and interacting with clients, and standards of attire/grooming are also addressed). This initial orientation is followed by a period of "on the job" training at our expense, where our supervisors and managers evaluate the expertise of new and existing employees.
OPERATIONS/SCHEDULING
The Operations Department is pivotal in the APC team. It is responsible for dispatch/scheduling and verifies performance with field reports. Accident/repair claims are researched and expedited. Essentially, the Operations Department acts in a "check and balance" role reviewing client information to ensure that APC meets and exceeds all requirements.
VALET PARKING OPERATIONS SYSTEM
APC typically formulates a valet parking operations system that maximizes the space available and minimizes any inconvenience to guests and/or residents. This can include an individual key tag attached to a guest or resident's key indicating location and vehicular information, and a daily log that accounts for all vehicular movements.
As a guest or resident requires their vehicle; our staff will promptly and safely retrieve and deliver the car, and assist with vehicle doors. Other features of this system includes detailed reports such as actual visitor vehicle activity, changes in parking system demand, as well as, internal quality and security procedures.
SHUTTLE SERVICES OPERATIONS SYSTEM
APC also formulates an operations system for shuttle services that maximizes route and timing and minimizes any inconvenience. This includes a daily list of passenger shuttle time preference and a daily log that accounts for all shuttle movements.
At all times, operations will be geared to provide the utmost in convenience and the most positive of impressions.

SCHEDULING
Staff scheduling is FLEXIBLE and can be adjusted at any time by mutual consent of APC and our client. Our goal is to have the appropriate number of valets and/or shuttle routes to provide the most efficient parking and shuttle services to our clients. A designated representative from APC typically calls our clients on a weekly basis to check on current and future activities.
INSURANCE
Parking and shuttle services by Advanced Parking Concepts includes a full insurance package with General and Garage Liability insurance, Garage keepers Legal Liability, and Workers Compensation insurance. Each policy is written by an insurance company that at a minimum has an A rating by A.M. Best.
SERVICE CLAIMS
If a claim for service is made, it is viewed as an opportunity to demonstrate our professional integrity. Any issue is handled promptly, courteously, honestly, and with a minimum of inconvenience to the claimant. APC will manage every aspect of a service claim including verbal and written communication with claimant. APC personnel will immediately report any incident to management.
