Ellis M. Dumont
Chief Executive Officer

Having graduated from Western New England College, cum laude, Ellis was quick to realize his entrepreneurial dream. He launched Advanced Parking Concepts, LLC in 1985 and takes pride in a client list which includes some of the most prestigious names in the residential and special event industry. Under his leadership, APC has become the recognized leader of parking services in the tri-state area. Ellis is a member of the National Valet Parking Association, the National Parking Association, and brings thirty years experience in the industry.

Helen Dumont
Human Resource Consultant

After graduating with a degree in Business Management, Helen spent 5 years at WOR Radio & TV. She also spent thirteen years with an international cosmetics company in HR Management and is a member of SHRM, Society of Human Resource Management for over 20 years. Helen joined APC in 2003.

Bisi Bamigboye
Account Manager/Special Projects Director

Bisi is a dominant presence at APC since joining in 1997. Bisi is well respected by many condominium residents and event planners alike. A degree from the University of Ilorin compliments Bisi's background.

Williams Bedzrah
Accounting Manager

Willie holds a Masters Degree from the University of Arkansas. He worked in various accounting capacities prior to joining the APC team in 2006.

Marc Edwards
Client Services Manager

Marc joined APC in 1987 in the Operations Department and has excelled in that area. Additionally, he spent many years recruiting & training valet personnel.

Maritza Ibrahim
Special Events Sales Manager

Since 2003, Maritza has worked in the APC Sales Department as the first line contact with Event Planners and Special Event Customers.

Darrin Smith
Special Events Sales Director

A dedicated employee with over 20 years with APC, Darrin has served in a variety of capacities with APC and attended Union County College.

Jason Rios
Human Resource/Operations Administrator

Jason Rios is APC's Human Resource/Operations Administrator. With a 14 year background in the U.S. Marine Corps, Jason spent significant time training and directing military recruiters. He has documented accomplishments in leadership and fiscal responsilities. Jason is currently studying at Bergen Community College. He is working towards a degree in Business Management.
